Writing Prompt: Do you believe that Words create Reality?
A single word can change your reality
Just imagine if a single word could change your reality. You would naturally want to know that word, so that you can use that word to make a difference to your world. Words are so powerful and they are responsible for a lot that happens to us in life. Words help us to perceive our reality.
Language has the power to make the invisible appear real to us. It has the power to reshape our knowledge and expectations of the world. The right words used for any event at the right time can help you to see things in a positive light. While the negative words that we use for certain things in life, make us view the event in a poor light. The resultant effect is that we do not feel good.
Scientists have shown that it is possible to change the way that we feel, with the right words used to describe situations in life. There are several individuals who use “self-talk”, to change the way that they work, they live and interact with the world. Using “self-talk” gives a person the ability to create a parallel universe, where anything and everything is possible.
