Capturing the Night Sky

Balls of fire in space,
Appear as stars to us on Earth.
We look up and see a single star,
As we send our wish so far.
It was a night of stolen stars,
When inky blackness covered the night.
The Moon shone down on the city,
Looking more brighter with its light.
