Arpita was one of these individuals.
She was always the first one to take action.
The one who cared for the other team members.
She was the person who inspired trust.
Arpita celebrated the achievements of others.
She was always accountable for her work.
She communicated clearly and truly cared.
Arpita brought people together in many ways.
She was a leader and she did not know it.
The day came when her leadership shone through.
